- Continuously welded structural grid base frame designed for 250 lbs. / sq. ft. minimum loading, and L/240 maximum deflection
- Continuously welded 1/4" steel floor with anti-skid coating
- Heavy gauge G90 galvanized interlocking panel exterior walls, ceiling, and standing rib roof
- Heavy gauge G90 galvanized interior walls (optional)
- Heavy gauge G90 galvanized metal door(s) with aluminum panic device, pneumatic closer and stainless steel hinges
- Exterior and interior surfaces coated with Dupont Corlar epoxy primer, and Imron polyurethane enamel top coat, in an environmentally controlled booth
- Underside coated with Transcoat 101 hi-build clay based emulsion.
